Dr. Iturralde is a pioneer of acupuncture in Spain. He finished his degree in Medicine and Surgery at the Medical School of Valencia in 1975. In 1983 he specialized in acupuncture in the Republic of China, at the Veterans General Hospital and the Institute of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Later he studied iridology in the Institut d’Hygiène et de Medicine Naturelles, Geneva (Switzerland). He has also studied acupuncture Soojichim Korean in Seoul – Korea, under the creator of the technique, Dr. Tae Woo Yoo.
